Foundational training in Electric Boogaloo style Popping and other adjacent styles.
This class offers drills in technique, foundational movement and explores concepts on how to expand these skills to build your own freestyle.

CAMPBELLOCKING
(LOCKING)
Foundational training in Locking/Campbellocking, the first of all Street Style dances.
This class explores the many set moves created by Don Campbellock & The Lockers including the Lock, Point, Wristroll, Scoo-B-Doo, etc. This is a funk style dance that is uplifting and fun!
Students will learn how to put these moves together in short form routines, as well as exercises to build their own freestyle.
Lady C has learned this dance directly from members of The Lockers including Greg Campbellock Jr. & Scoo B Doo.

HOUSE
Foundational training in House Dance and exploration of House music and club culture.
This class dives deep into the moves and grooves of House dance including The Jack, Loose Legs, Farmer, Chase, Stalking, etc.
The foundational movement and technique is rooted in the multicultural melting pot of the underground dance club scene in East coast USA.
Dancers will feel transported to a club atmosphere, break a sweat, and exchange with one another in a positive energetic environment.
Lady C has learned this dance primarily from
Caleaf Sellers, one of the pioneers of the New York House dance community.

FREESTYLE FOUNDATIONS
This class explores ideas and concepts to help dancers build their own freestyle and feel more comfortable with improvisation.
This class can be focused on a particular style or kept open to a accommodate a variety of different dance practitioners.
Some of the exercises that will be offered include:

SCHOOLS
ELEMENTARY, JR.HIGH, HIGHSCHOOL
With over 20 years experience teaching kids of all ages, Lady C creates a fun, inclusive environment for recreational and dance specific school programs.
Classes can range from small groups to a full gymnasium, Kindergarten to Grade 12.
Levels range from beginner standard Physical Education programs to more experienced dance specific programs.
Lady C also offers programs that include choreography for the classes and, upon request, a fun informal performance with the kids for school assembly and parents to come and watch!
